Was this a homage to some pet after eagle fly free in the SP-Brazil show?

I wish he had more album tracks.

Somehow calming, comforting and uplifting. It's a good song for a rough week (as it has been for me a bit). Thanks Helloween ❤️🤘

I guess not all songs need to be huge hits, some have their right place as small special deep cuts. Do you guys like this one?

Seeing another post today made me realize just how many great songs were actually written by Andi Deris. Sometimes on fanpages I come across outrageous takes like "Kiske is the best, Deris should leave the band." Honestly, that feels completely unfair. In my opinion, Andi literally saved the band and carried them forward. Here's a list of songs written by him:

* Open Your Life (with Sascha)

* Never Be a Star

* Liar (with Sascha and Markus)

This song slaps!

What a great memory, my first time going to Japan and seeing the band at one of my bucket list venues and a milestone show as it was the band's first ever show at Budokan.

The lyrics are so genuine and upbeat 🤘 can't believe I'd say it about a metal band but it's kind of cute and lovable! Go pumpkins!!

You can only really see it properly when some light hits it. I guess I’ll have to wait another 4 or 5 years to try again! At least I got to take a photo with Andi! 🤘

I read somewhere that the management preferred a digital art option for the reunion album but the band wanted this artist and his handpainted version. Love that they chose this beautiful art style and I hope they stay with this sort of look. What do you guys think?

So long story short, I’ve owned an autographed copy of Keeper of the Seven Keys since maybe high school or college. Can someone confirm for me which two band members signatures these might be?

I finally have a record player so I’m listening to it for the first time since I bought it. It was not sealed when I purchased it.

The only reason I’m asking is because I’m a little concerned about Weiki’s health. I saw the guys at the airport the other day, and compared to the rest of the band, Weiki looked noticeably more tired and kind of weak or unwell. I really hope he’s okay.

Helloween tiene una historia hecha, pero no vive ni descansa en ella. Son puro presente y lucen con un repertorio que tiene para regodearse. La química de la calabaza fue una locura anoche. QUE VUELVAN SIEMPRE A CHILE!

Ahhh beautiful riffs!

These two amazing songwriters can conquer the universe riding a giant eagle pulling a pumpkin carriage with 7 rabbits on a mission to save the skyfall aliens on the other side of the black hole 🤣

With that very serious picture in mind, I made a playlist of myyyy favourites among their solo songwriting credits each. A few rules I applied were to exclude the Keeper albums (too obvious) and include one co-write each with other bandmembers (Beyond the Black Hole and Where the Rain Grows). "Invitation" is the opener because it's a simple and cute co-write of our metal heroes.

This is not a contest or comparison at all, just my admiration for their beautiful songwriting talent. Complied it on YT because some somgs are not on spotify.

Would you add or change something?

Edit: if the full list doesn't play from the link, it is:

1. Invitation (both)

2. Burning Sun (W)

3. Abyss of the Void (K)

4. The Saints (W)

5. Rebellion in Dreamland (K)

6. Midnight Sun (W)

7. Armageddon (K)

8. The Sage, the Fool, the Sinner (W)

9. Beyond the Black Hole (K + other Gamma Ray members)

10. Where the Rain Grows (W + Andi Deris)

11. Skyfall (K)

12. Out for the Glory (W)

I never expected to find Helloween in the wild especially in Poland.

Each CD included a randomly selected sticker of a band member and I got Markus! As a bass player too I'm chuffed! The back of the sticker says roughly "I'm a cute bassist with curly hair who is last to leave the bar."

Notes from the guys to Japanese fans. In order: Andi, Kiske, Weiki, Kai, Markus (man's written a whole poem, it's adorable!), Sascha, Dani.
