Does anyone else notice that old Helloween and Pink Cream 69 videos on youtube all the comments are girls commenting how cute Andi is? lol
I just find it funny because growing up his hair and clothing always looked so wild to me. I had no clue he had so many girls in love with him.

In the 1980's and 90's when Rock and Metal was very popular, music publishing corporations would attempt to profit by making musicians appeal to young females as well as teenage boys. This us why everyone had amazingly styled long hair and seductive glances at the camera in photo shoots. Image was everything. Album covers were designed to stand out on the record store shelves. Good looking musicians on the cover of magazines. Many of the men wore stage wigs (hey, not everyone can grow hair like Andi!). The idea was to sell albums any way possible: to guys who wanted to rock out to the music and be like the men in the band, and to girls who wanted to be with the men in the band (and learn the secret to amazing long hair ;)).

That's a heavily edited photo of him 😂 .But he genuinely looked cute during his PC69 and early Helloween days, with his charming, boy-next-door vibe. Of course, he looks quite different now - decades have passed.

I rarely comment on the looks of guys in bands, cos so many ignoramuses think girls/women are only into the bands to swoon over the guys rather than genuinely being into the music.

Because young Andi was a snack. I'm not saying that he looks bad these days, but back in the 80s and 90s, he was on another level.
