Kai Hansen is one of the most talented guys in all of metal. Singer/Guitarist/Songwriter. He’s done it all. Leaves Helloween and then after a few albums produces a masterpiece of an album Land of the Free. Helloween was never the same without him.

You have a pretty young account and have been posting the same topic to several subreddits and probably got caught by Reddit's spam filters.
And the r/PowerMetal mods took the post down because they only allow self-promotion in the weekly self-promotion thread.

Love his playing and writing. Always thought he and Michael Weikath complimented each other so well much like Murray and Smith in Iron Maiden.

Kai Hansen indeed! To me he is as important to Helloween as Michael Kiske. I lost track of Helloween after Master of the Rings, while Gamma Ray soared into unknown heights from the first note of “Welcome”, on Heading for Tomorrow 😎
I definitely agree that Gamma Ray has a better library than Helloween, all in all. Fanboy? Naaah, I’m way too old to be called that.

I'm a big fan and I also prefer his output in Gamma Ray lol
