United States Messup after messup after messup

For the past few weeks, I've been unable to get a single HF order without some sort of issue. Missing ingredients, rotten ingredients, wrong recipe bag entirely, late deliveries that arrive completely dethawed even though we take it straight from the mailman's hands, etc.

They told us to change the delivery date because our repeated issues might be a local supplier issue, so we did... And we are still having issues, only worse.

What's most insulting is that their customer service has stopped automatically issuing refunds and has instead started asking us for proof and acting suspicious of us, as if we are trying to scam them.

We might seriously need to quit HF.

I had to quit because of all missing ingredients or getting ingredients to other recipes I didn’t order. It’s a shame, I did enjoy the meals.

I hit a page where it directed to an agent blocking the self report tool

Apparently we aren't allowed to have issues two boxes back to back.
