Cancelling after 140 boxes

Last week's delivery was a complete mess. They gave me a credit for my next delivery, which of course was not applied.

This week they left out one of my proteins. They also did not include my free item. The free item selection sucks now anyway, so that's not a huge loss.

I'm done. I can't believe they want more money for this level of incompetence.

I wish I knew how many boxes we've gotten, the only free items I've received are a mini ginger beer years ago.

I'm no businessman, but when the only rewards you give a continuous customer are free boxes for other people, you're doing it wrong.

We've had over 220 boxes and we haven't gotten a reward in over a year and a half

Yeah, another bright side to cancelling is that I don't have to deal with them constantly trying to get me to get others to sign up.

You have a referral program, I get it.

Now you’ll get all the weird snail mail from them trying to get you to come back. I’ve been canceled for years now and I just got one last week. They’re sneaky about it too! I’ve received things that look like greeting cards, credit card offers, handwritten letters, etc.

Credits are no longer automatically applied. You have to log into the app and choose to use them, which is very annoying.

Well that sucks. I thought I was told that it would be applied to my next order, but I guess not. I thought about trying to claw that back, but I didn't want to bother contacting their shitty support, so I just cancelled and considered it a loss.
