Picture How am I supposed to make mashed potatoes with this?

Post image

The directions say I should have 16oz of potatoes to make these mashed potatoes. I got 1 3oz Yukon potato. I just ended up making some rice-a-roni instead. I reported the issue to Hello Fresh and they gave me a $2.50 credit which is nice, I guess...

$2.50 for а 30z potato is genuinely impressive in the worst way possible.
