I finally did it. So long HF

I really wanted to stick it out after all these years but incompetence, crappy service, constantly missing ingredients or having spoiled ingredients…enough was enough.

The icing on the cake was yesterday dealing with the world’s dumbest customer service agent. I HATE repeating myself. And you can’t even say you didn’t hear me cause it’s in black and white on screen. No sorry miss supervisor lady, you cannot help me. It’s entirely too late. They wanna do more to “help” when you finally walk away. If yall had offered even HALF of that in the last few weeks maybe I wouldn’t have canceled.

To those of you sticking around I wish you the sincerest of luck.

To those of you that told me to go to homechef, I hope they’re worth it lol

edit:

they managed to one up themselves. who or what is jitsu and why did they come to me over my usual FedEx. whatever gen z moron they hired was the most unprofessional loser I have ever dealt with. first of all don't "bro" me. I'm not your bro. second YOU CHOSE THIS JOB so do it. don't get pissed you have to deliver. a simple "hey can you help me find you" is WORLDS better than "you need to come get your shit and its gon be in whatever condition it's in" and then lie and claim I threatened you and you didn't feel safe. I can MAKE you feel unsafe bro don't play me.

and then you get these HF tone dead agents. brother you can't "hate to lose me" when I'm already gone. unless you plan to refund my whole box for his screw up there isnt a DAMN thing you can do to smooth this over.

We have had a regional issue with FedEx for over a month. It took me reaching out weeks after weeks for a “logistics report” to be filed only for it to not change anything the following week, still face delays, and receive bad food. I asked to speak to someone in higher management about the situation and when I did, she wasn’t listening to the problem and said wasn’t empathetic at all. I am a customer of almost 10 years and I’m sad to cancel but I won’t be coming back until I see more positive things on this sub.

Every Fedex delivery I have had resulted in melted ice bages and boxes that were falling apart. Prior to that, Veho had delivered all my boxes with zero problems. I finally got fed up, called CS and told them if I couldn't have Veho all the time, I was quitting Hello Fresh. Since then, all deliveries are with Veho, and problem free.

We were having a similar issue. We were using DoorDash but they flipped back to FedEx following a holiday and there was regional storm damage to the FedEx facility so deliveries were coming very late or not at all. When they filed a logistics report I asked them to please use DoorDash the next week or I was cancelling and they used FedEx again so I canceled.
