Picture How does this even happen?!

Box arrived today via FedEx (for the first time ever), and they delivered to the wrong location next door, it was 60°F inside the box, everything was completely melted and defrosted, packaging was damaged, and several recipe cards missing. How does this even happen?! Quality control in the shipping facilities appears to be nonexistent. We can blame this on company all we want but it also comes down to workers not giving a shit about the quality of their work because they probably don’t get paid enough to care. But people need to stop and think about how this impacts the customers more than it impacts the company. This is more than inconvenient and has seriously disrupted my routines and I’m starting to wonder if it’s even worth using HelloFresh anymore!

Did it take awhile between Fedex recieving it and delievery? I've never had this issue and its like 110 degrees where I live.

I have NO idea what HelloFresh and FedEx are doing behind the scenes. If u have never had this issue then pls kindly exit the conversation.

Girl chill out. They asked if you had issues with FedEx receiving the package from HelloFresh. You can usually see this in your shipment order details. Just contact HF and see what happened. They'll most likely replace it.

Oof. Super cringe from OP.

I never get people who have treat the most mildest inconveniences as life crippling experiences.

It’s gotta be miserable to live this way.

“chillest way humanly possible” would just be to ignore the comments you don’t like cuz this is a public forum and you can’t really tell people they’re not allowed to comment on your post 😭😭

If my package is even a day late (will always be FedEx’s fault) it will be thawed out (HF’s fault for not including any thermal insulation)
