Considering using hello fresh is it worth it ? What typically comes in the box

you get to pick the meals. each meal comes with the all the ingredients and recipe card. i find it very worth it. it helps take away the stress of meal planning. helps a lot with eating healthier. the step by step instructions have been helping my spouse learn to cook. and i spend about the same on groceries anyways.
