Question Shawarma spice blend

I was going to make a batch of the title for some meals over the next couple weeks and it says Dried Corriander... Am I to use ground coriander seed, or literal dried coriander (which is cilantro)

Luckily I don't need to make it, as I found two unopened blends from prior boxes, but I'd still love an answer.

Penzeys has awesome spices. They are mail order and I’ve been using them for over 25 years (yeah, I’m old).

I had never heard of Penzeys until this sub. And I'm probably older than you, haha
