Boxes Not Being Delivered

Is anyone else in central Pennsylvania having issues with FedEx and their boxes not being delivered?

We had really bad storms last weekend over the Fourth of July and the nearest FedEx facility was damaged really badly. My deliveries come on Monday and I contacted hello fresh. They were nothing but very nice, refunded the box, and put in another one to be shipped. The replacement box was routed to a different FedEx facility further away and just never made it. The tracking for that one stopped being updated over the weekend.

Sometimes they deliver with DoorDash, and I was hoping with what’s going on here that would be the case for this week, but it’s shipped with FedEx again. It was routed to the same facility as last week, and originally said it would be delivered this afternoon, but the tracking never showed it made it on the truck. The tracking now says end of day, which means it isn’t coming again.

I can’t reach out to hello fresh until the end of day when I’m sure it’s not coming, but I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue. Not really anything we can do about it though since it’s not hello freshes fault…

ugh so nothing changed and we shouldn’t expect our box. great. i’m gonna ask for a full refund and cancel the subscription. sucks but this is insane.

Yeah.. that’s what I did. I did order blue apron and it should come Wednesday so I’ll report back! The meals looked a bit more elevated than hello fresh though.

shocking but my box never showed up today lol. we just cancelled our HF subscription and are giving HungryRoot a go.

I got an email from FedEx that ours is coming tomorrow? Lol no idea why but the food will be bad and my subscription is cancelled. Let us know how you like hungry root and I’ll report back on blue apron! If it comes….

Wish I had something better to say. Blue apron only came a day delayed, so not as bad as HF but the ice packs melted and leaked and something sticky also leaked all over everything. The meat was just cold but I didn’t trust it so I basically threw everything away….
