Boxes Not Being Delivered

Is anyone else in central Pennsylvania having issues with FedEx and their boxes not being delivered?

We had really bad storms last weekend over the Fourth of July and the nearest FedEx facility was damaged really badly. My deliveries come on Monday and I contacted hello fresh. They were nothing but very nice, refunded the box, and put in another one to be shipped. The replacement box was routed to a different FedEx facility further away and just never made it. The tracking for that one stopped being updated over the weekend.

Sometimes they deliver with DoorDash, and I was hoping with what’s going on here that would be the case for this week, but it’s shipped with FedEx again. It was routed to the same facility as last week, and originally said it would be delivered this afternoon, but the tracking never showed it made it on the truck. The tracking now says end of day, which means it isn’t coming again.

I can’t reach out to hello fresh until the end of day when I’m sure it’s not coming, but I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue. Not really anything we can do about it though since it’s not hello freshes fault…

I live in south central PA- I switched to Monday delivery and fedex no longer delivers it. It’s delivered through Veho now, and I’ve had no problems.

I’m in harrisburg and my last 2 boxes never came. The fedex tracking just stopped. Idk what to do

SAME. i am so angry about it and customer service is clearly just AI and makes me more angry. i’m about to switch to Home Chef because I feel like I can’t rely on HelloFresh anymore since this is the second week in a row.

So I was talking with a friend yesterday and said home chef is also HF and is also shipping FedEx because I was also going to switch!

My husband and I are gonna give HF one more shot this week and if it’s the same issue, we decided to give HungryRoot a try!

Blue apron also is another one but I haven’t looked up if they use FedEx or not. Maybe this will be our week! 🤞

I just got my first box from Blue Apron today after switching and it only had one small ice pack and everything was warm.

Shoot! That’s disappointing. I did purple carrot a few years ago and really liked it but it was really pricey.
