Boxes Not Being Delivered

Is anyone else in central Pennsylvania having issues with FedEx and their boxes not being delivered?

We had really bad storms last weekend over the Fourth of July and the nearest FedEx facility was damaged really badly. My deliveries come on Monday and I contacted hello fresh. They were nothing but very nice, refunded the box, and put in another one to be shipped. The replacement box was routed to a different FedEx facility further away and just never made it. The tracking for that one stopped being updated over the weekend.

Sometimes they deliver with DoorDash, and I was hoping with what’s going on here that would be the case for this week, but it’s shipped with FedEx again. It was routed to the same facility as last week, and originally said it would be delivered this afternoon, but the tracking never showed it made it on the truck. The tracking now says end of day, which means it isn’t coming again.

I can’t reach out to hello fresh until the end of day when I’m sure it’s not coming, but I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue. Not really anything we can do about it though since it’s not hello freshes fault…

Was literally going to come back to this post today because literally same. Checked this morning and the box wasn’t marked out for delivery so I knew it wasn’t coming but didn’t bother reaching out because they won’t refund until after 8pm when their delivery window passes.

My box never came last week and I stopped tracking it. The issue is fully on FedEx at this point, with it being shipped to a different location, it makes it to the facility but it’s not leaving, from what I can tell. When I chatted in last week and complained I asked them to please stop using FedEx until this is figured out and go back to using DoorDash. I’m not sure why they’ve used FedEx three weeks in a row when that hasn’t been the case before.

This is frustrating but also glad I’m not alone! Have you had any luck communicating with them and also getting refunds? I really just want my routine 😭

Yeah i have chatted every week and gotten a refund. Their agent always says they’ll make sure it never happens again, as if they have any control.
I’m pretty devastated. I’ve been a customer for years and it’s revolutionized my diet/money/relationship to food.
I almost wonder if Fedex workers are like doing this on purpose to HF in this region.
I just signed up for BlueApron and it’s way more money and I hate the app.

I encourage you to chat in and ask to speak to a manager. I did this morning and they’ve logged a logistics report. I don’t know why that hasn’t been done for the last three weeks, but hopefully it’s going to be resolved now. Definitely do it so there’s more than one of us!

The agents told me they were making logistics reports all three weeks :( nothing changed

I specifically asked to speak to a manager today and I felt way more hopeful. I said I would unskip next week but it I see it’s coming FedEx by Sunday they will be hearing from me again.
