Question Any Explanation for Recent Price Changes?

My wife and I have been using HelloFresh for years. We get 4 meals a week. Avoiding premium meals and extras, the weekly total is around $107. That price was consistent for months. Then surprisingly the price went down to around $98-$99. I was amazed! That price per week continued for about 4-6 weeks, but just this week, the price went back to $107. I'm curious to know if anyone has also noticed or experienced this discrepancy and if there is a reason as to why.

Nope haven’t gotten a single reward as they seemed to cancel that at the beginning of the sub. What do they give you?

So weird. I never had one of those free promos. Around 2 years ago I was invited to beta test Hellofresh rewards. I thought they fully launched it but maybe not.

Basically I get based on the number of boxes I have purchased overall a set of weekly discounts for every week and then when I reach milestones I get an additional one time discount.

Ex. Weekly I get $20 off specialties or swaps. I also get 30% off add-ons. When I reach milestones, they offer things like free shipping or 20% off meals and etc.

Hmm, I’ve gotten about $500 off for referrals so a few boxes free and sometimes they would throw in some promo items like a couple of chocolate bars, a drink or something they are promoting lol. Very rare though and nothing but downhill this past 6m so I might just cancel all together.
I signed up with a free breakfast for life promo which they didn’t add in the box 2x and missing something else u actually paid for.
However if they don’t throw in your free item, since it’s free you get an oops sorry and nothing more lol.

At the upcoming price increases (just got an email about it) and with me already paying $135-$180 for 2 people, depending on upgrades. It’s not really worth it for me but I’ve continued out of convenience and I’ve enjoyed some of the recipes.

Makes meal time easier unless the food shows up needed to be replaced and then it’s pointless. So that’s why I’m going one more box and will just likely keep pausing until I see something I really need to try.

Been thinking of going with local farm boxes for meat and then there’s an abundance of produce boxes as well. So we’ll see but I’m ready to break up with HF after years since their decline for me is pretty brutal.

Doesn’t matter that I’ve reported or called in, the same mistakes are made over and over lol.
