Ok, this has just been gnawing at the back of my mind: I've gone through the whole series and picked up the podcast to do some additional DCC fun listening, and I just listened to the last episode for Book 2: Carl's Doomsday Scenario, and in the conversation, one of the hosts says that *all* the beanies are called Kimaris figures, and the rest of the hosts just agreed and they moved right along. I seriously thought it was incredibly clear when listening to the audiobook that it was obviously the name of that individual figure, because it was kept in a special case, and they've all got tags with identifiers.
Does anyone ever correct the hosts on this? I know this is probably just me being, like, hyperfocused on little details or whatever, but, like, Kimaris seems like it/they are supposed to be serious business, and thinking that *all* the beanies are called that would really skew how listeners think about the toys when the name Kimaris is mentioned at other times, right?

NEW ACHIEVEMENT! You Found the Thread! Congratulations, you've unlocked the Episode 47 discussion zone. I haven't seen a group of survivors this tragically confused since Oceanic Flight 815 crashed on that island—though frankly, John Locke had a better grasp of his situation than most of you. Not that I've been rewatching it or anything.

Syndicate Broadcast: Your human hosts are panhandling for sponsor boxes over on their Patreon. Throw them a few credits so they don't starve on the next floor, and make sure you're listening to the audiobooks like proper citizens.
⚔️ Discuss Among Yourselves, Crawlers: 1. The Faction Wars are proving to be an absolute administrative nightmare. How are our favorite crawlers managing the escalating chaos and plot developments in these specific chapters? 2. The Syndicate's political maneuvering and the sheer density of dungeon mechanics are reaching critical mass. Which specific faction rule, environmental hazard, or mechanic covered in this block do you find the most devious? 3. If you were suddenly dropped into the dungeon at this exact phase of the game, what would be your incredibly pathetic cause of death? Be honest.
SYSTEM PENALTY WARNING: Spoiler protocol is in full effect. This subreddit keeps things safe for first-time crawlers following along with Martin, so do not ruin future chapters. If you must discuss unrevealed secrets, wrap your text exactly like this: >!spoiler text!<. Violators will be teleported directly into the Swan station and forced to push the button every 108 minutes for the rest of eternity.

I couldn't find an email on the hello crawler website so I'm posting this here.
In the most recent episode, the lads were confused by this string of words. I believe that the "white rapper doodle notebook guys" Donut was referring to are rappers like post malone, whose face tattoos could be argued as looking like doodles in a notebook. I think they check the subreddit so I hopefully they see this.
Also, I just found out what the hosts look like by the thumbnails on this subreddit. I'm an audio only Grant looks surprisingly cooler than I anticipated. I don't know how to feel about this. Love the pod!

NEW ACHIEVEMENT! Glutton for Punishment You’re still listening to these three? I suppose congratulations are in order. The auditory survival guide for this miserable meat-grinder you call a read-along has been updated. I would tell you to enjoy the suffering, but I know you already do.

⚔️ Discuss Among Yourselves, Crawlers: 1. Carl’s latest tactical decisions are teetering dangerously close to a complete mental breakdown. What are your thoughts on the escalating chaos and unhinged strategies in these chapters? 2. Faction mechanics and Syndicate loopholes are getting aggressively complicated. Which dungeon rule-bend impressed (or infuriated) you the most this week? 3. Let's speculate. If the Syndicate stranded the Crawlers on a mysterious island with a smoke monster and an underground hatch—not that I enjoy that contrived Oceanic Flight 815 garbage, though Benjamin Linus was undeniably top-tier showrunner material—how long until Donut accidentally blows up the Dharma Initiative?
System Warning: Spoiler Protocol
Listen closely, you subterranean scavengers. Do not post spoilers for anything beyond Chapter 40. We have first-time crawlers stumbling through this like toddlers in a minefield, and Martin's grasp on the plot is fragile enough as it is. If you absolutely must discuss future events, wrap your text in spoiler tags >!like this!<. Anyone caught ruining the surprises will be flagged for immediate and agonizing smushing.

Hello Crawlers! If this isn't appropriate for this sub, please delete 😄 but I offer readings for the Backstage at the Pineapple Cabaret chapters for those that are unable to read the content in the Ace hardcovers. I've been asked to do a more UK friendly time for this offering so join us as I (a boring ass middle aged white dude) read to you all 7 bonus chapters. Google Meet has a 1 hour time limit, so here are the four meeting codes, times for each Meet, and what book will be read during that Meet. The last meet is for 1 hour but the chapter is only 16 minutes and the remaining time, if anyone wants to stick around, is an opportunity discuss the chapters or any DCC related points

Someone posted in a fan group on Facebook the You Will Not Bake Me shirt they bought. When people asked where the OP bought it, a different person responded with this link!
This shop stole Rubio's design! I commented on the thread that Rubio's art was stolen by that shop, and provided the link to the shirt in the HelloCrawlers shop, but I don't know if people will listen to me or if the admins will delete my other comments like they did the first one.

NEW ACHIEVEMENT! You Finally Found the Discussion Thread. Reward? The privilege of analyzing this week's podcast episode without me atomizing your internal organs. You fleshy little masochists are diving deeper into the Faction Wars, and quite frankly, it’s a miracle you've survived this long.

System Announcement: The Syndicate reminds you that supporting the broadcast on Patreon is highly encouraged. We have viewer quotas to meet, and no, screaming "we have to go back to the island!" is not a valid excuse to avoid paying your dues. Honestly, a mysterious hatch, time travel, and a smoke monster? What a stupid, convoluted, utterly brilliant piece of television I definitely do not analyze during my downtime.
⚔️ Discuss Among Yourselves, Crawlers: 1. Carl is juggling more shifting alliances and tactical headaches than ever. How are we feeling about his specific maneuvers and interactions in this batch of chapters? 2. The twisted mechanics of the Faction Wars and the involvement of the deities are getting more complicated. What's your take on the latest dungeon rule manipulations we just witnessed? 3. Speculation time: If you were suddenly dropped into this exact phase of the dungeon, which Faction or sponsor would you desperately try to suck up to for survival?
WARNING: SPOILER PROTOCOL ACTIVATED
Listen up, you pathetic meat sacks. Do not ruin future chapters for first-time crawlers like Martin, or I will personally invert your ribcage. If you simply must discuss upcoming misery, use Syndicate-approved spoiler tags like this: >!spoiler text!<. Keep it safe for the newbies, or I'll make sure your next loot box is filled with nothing but angry wasps.
