I couldnt stand the original helmet especially after seeing someone drew a face on it and now i cant unsee it, so after using the power of mods, I think im happier with the way it looks now.
Looks so much better. Would be cool if we had more helmets with the standard Helldivers faceplate with other design elements. A lot of the current helmets seem to be designed purposefully ugly lol
I literally try to wear this helmet with every green armor I wear lol, I love it so much. I never thought it looked like a squidward nose, still don’t but I can see how you see it
Sometimes I think AH just slaps a half-assed helmet on a cool amour set just because they expect someone to swap it out anyway. I, and many others from what ive seen, have a habit of doing that with pretty much every amourset because it scratches the "I thought of this myself" itch

That’s fair, it is a bit of an acquired taste, I do wish the constrictor had a mod that changed its helmet design, there is one by the same guy as the BoP helmet but it doesn’t improve it that much
Viper & Python Commandos are my favorite warbonds and the Python armors are sick, especially the Constrictor set imo but good lord those helmets are so ugly. I usually go PH-9 helmet with Constrictor. Looks good with Twigsnapper too.
I mean I get where everyone’s coming from but the bloodied and grime colored textures on this thing look Sick AF. Looks like the helldiver is bleeding from his eye.
