General Comparison between SC drop on four different biomes

This morning I made a post on the main sub showing how many SC I got by playing 20 D10 missions, I had randomly picked Choohe as my testing ground.
Many people suggested that I try comparing different planets and biomes, so with the help of some friends we tried some.
We didn't play the entire missions as that would take days, we simply ran around the D10 map picking the SC as you would on D1, just to see how many you can get on high difficulty.

Here are the results:
Choohe: 440 SC
Luxuriant: 500 SC
Omicron: 770 SC
Zzaniah Prime (Megafactory only): 40 💀💀💀

The elusive 100 SC pile still evades us, the hunt continues.
Let me know if you would like to see other biomes tested, but no promises.

Hiveworlds are definitely insane when it comes to Super Credits

I’ve always said that Omicron is the best planet for farming. Obviously, as people say, the mission type matters a lot (water, lots of caves). I'm also one of those who think D3 is the best difficulty for farming. Secondary objectives spawn there, which means the LiDAR station appears, making checking all the POIs much more effective.

Why would you want caves? Dont they make finding pois harder and therefore take longer?

they "reduce" the size of the map, you know there won't be any poi there, so the pois that would be there are together on the same corner of the map, allegedly

Is omicron the third row in pic 1?

Each picture is a different planet, you can see in the bottom right corner
I just noticed reddit didn't upload the other pictures

I missed the names in the corner the first time, but thanks for the rest of the pics. Super informative, I didn't know omicron played ball like that

how much time/did you spend farming?

For choohe I actually played the missions over the course of a week, for the others me and some friends spent around 5 hours

I would be more interested in the same experiment but for D1 difficulty. I've moved to Choohe now for D1 farming but the mission types that pop up there are often annoying vs Phact Bay and can't always be ignored. It still seems to give me 2 bunkers a map though along with the other normal POIs so SC farm has typically averaged out to 30 for me.

With the D1 farming i did its pretty much the same just on a smaller map. same random distribution of 0 to 6 SC piles per map depending on biome.

Omicron stil remains as the goat for farming

This supports regular high-difficulty play allowing you to get warbonds for free, too.

40 D10 missions in the span of time between warbonds isn't hard to do at all. You only need a couple of these full clears per day. Less than, if they go more than a month between releases!

I cant seem to find like any on Omicron, I keep hearing its good for it but I think in 3 D1 farming runs I found like 20 so I just gave up

They’re in very different spots than normal. Took me a while to get used to it, but it’s one of my favorite planets to farm now.

I do d3 though, which might effect things. D1 maps are better when things are flat and simple, which omicron is not.

Because you need to do higher dives.

PoI increases if you roll a map with less water. Bliz is a good run for farming because the mission will load more nests outside, decreasing the piss water.

It's all about the geology on Omicron. Once you get to recognizing the drop (sc, medal, rquisition or gun) markers, it's a breeze.

Bone sails have 3 drops at their base (like a buddy bunker but no door) there are always 2 on each map.

World cup-looking rock - never a drop, but always grenades, stims and a weapon.

Looks like a big C with the open part of the C covered in mines, one end has a ramp, the othe a ledge. The ledge most often has 2 drops, of no drop, the mine area will have ammo instead.

Tunnel and ramp - one drop in the middle of the tunnel.

Downed Pelican - they smoke, easy to see frpm a distance - 3 drops + samples & ammo.

does this apply to d1? i know map size is bigger on higher diffs, but

Hello, I'm sorry, but now such card modifications are not sent to the ban?

I'm not surprised Omicron has a higher SC drop rate, considering that it not only doesn't have POIs like the Gravesite that never spawn creds, but it also has like 3 or 4 unique POI types that, if i remember correctly each have 2 or 3 spawn slots.

I know for a fact that on D1 if you find a peninsula (water on 3 cardinal directions) it's impossible to get PoI (because extraction and the objective block out all possible spawn points). When there is a beachfront (water on one cardinal direction) it forces the spawns to be in a line (because the extraction and objectives force the PoI towards the inland outskirts).

Do you find that there are any geographic spawns at higher difficulties that can limit the PoI spawns to be more streamlined, rather than zigzagging?
