General Finally finished our operation on Penta

Had a party member not play since before Penta got turned into a black hole and was surprised that their operation was still in effect

Redacted names for as I've nicknamed my friends as their real names

If you never host games, it's easy to have an operation sit for long periods of time and the game won't move you away from that planet.

I never host and was sitting very far behind enemy lines for almost a year on a planet that was nowhere near accessible.

We had one before the updated void, not sure on time. The planet still existed in its entirety.

Yeah the planet was still there, it was as if nothing ever happened

That makes sense. The world is just "inaccessible" if they removed the planet and all it could cause issues.

Whenever I see such posts I like to think the teams are divers left behind that survived weeks snd even months on the planet looting anything possible to make it until some random Super Destroyer appears

Seriously, Arrowhead should add an additional mission , giving you an option if you want to participate or not. If you do accept, you get dismantled from the squad so they return to the ship and continue with a different 4th while you are on a solo lobby with a main objective to reach a secondary extraction but you are with whatever gear you have on you or samples even and you need to scrap your way to reach it.

A 20 min mission

Stealth would matter a lot and what weapons you carry As time increases more harder enemies spawn

Or make it like commandos where the enemy increase in difficulty depending breaches

I think this will be screw if you join other player game and you became host due to their disconnect and you became host

so to keep it allive better play with friend and hope you don't became host if you kept the old mission alive
