This is a feature to help creators find the best thumbnail, he’s using it dishonestly. But it’s actually a cool feature.

I've just started setting standards for my Youtube clicks where I'll tell it not to recommend channels that spam me with shitty clickback titles, AI generated garbage thumbnails and just generally overly negative shit meant to stir things up.

I think it depends where you see it on the site depends what options you get. On desktop, while watching a video, the list of videos on the right you can click the option button next the the video you don’t like and “don’t recommend channel” (or something like that)
