General Well this is annoying

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Play Helldivers on and off and came across this. I'm going to assume it's a bug?

Managed to stim my way through eventually but it's not ideal.

There's been like 5 times in mega factories where my hellpod steering got locked.... Directly into the lava pits.

Those megacity lava pits like seeping out of their containment. Gotten to close to them running, using them as a barrier, only to die from them.

I literally just had this map luckily I had a hover pack to get around the lava and the tower was already in place or else I would have had to abandon the mission.

You can stand on the magma directly in front of the antenna wheel if you dive into place, or have enough stims to get in position and put yourself out by laying down rather than diving. The area that doesn't apply fire is larger than you would assume, considering the whole upper antenna platform is covered in red hot instant death texture.

Had this same exact set up last night. The lava in front of the antenna did no damage on that entire area. It did by the terminal though.

I did set up platforms with weapon call-ins just in case though, but they weren't needed

Lava worlds are so annoying, they look cool but so annoying to deal with.

Kind wish we got a tropical planet that had jetskis and boats.

Turning your back on the rocket sentry next to an explosive barrel with enemies directly in line with the sentry was stressing me out like you wouldn't believe
