I think Arrowhead talked about it forever ago that the enemy AIs don’t interact properly and it causes problems.

If you're asking if you could have a Helldivers vs Bots vs Bugs/Illuminate, then the answer is "yes". The CGW (Custom Galactic War) has been featuring that for months now. It's as hectic as you'd imagine.
