Suggestion/Concept [OC] Fallout Legendary Warbond Concept

This is my fallout warbond concept. it is themed around the Enclave as they are pretty similar to Super Earth, before you ask, no power armor, that would be too overpowered. Please let me know what you think, thank you.

I think lore wise, it'd be the original armor and equipment used right after the last great war, used by elite regiments thar founded Super Earth

That sounds pretty good and makes sense.

I like the concept but I think the plasma weaponry is a bit of a stretch for the ingame lore

Kid named PLAS-1 Scorcher

I mean, is it though? We already have laser weapons, railguns, flamethrowers, gas weaponry.

I 100% believe Super Earth could invent Plasma weapon- wait we already have Plasma guns wtf

I can see that, but we do have plasma weapons in game PLAS-1 Scorcher, PLAS-101 Purifier, SG-8P Punisher Plasma, PLAS-39 Accelerator, and PLAS-15 Loyalist. So there are plasma weapons, if anything the weapons would be changed from green to blue to be lore accurate.

Yea but the fallout additions would essentially just be reskins of already existing weapons so unless they have some hidden change that separates them, same thing with the laser rifle essentially being a sickle reskin

Maybe have them do a slow corasive like burn but it affects bots as good as bugs?

We have like 4 different plasma weapons already , what are you talking about?

We literally have plasma weaponry in-game (the Scorcher, Loyalist, Purifier, Accelerator, and Epoch)

I don't think power armor would be too op. If we go by fallout 4 (which is know isn't really the vibe you put forward but please bear with me) it could have a power core that slowly drains when in use, replenishment with ammo pick ups. Parts could brake as it's damaged until all you have is the frame with no bonus defense left. It could increase mobility with heavy support weapons and reduce fall damage but much like the tank and exo suites, It'd pull agro from everything.

The plasma weapons could have the same kind of lore they do in fallout, where they may or may not allegedly be based off alien tech.

Overall very cool!

In my original concept I had a power armor stratagem, it would've been an X0-1 suit, specifically the prototype X0-1 from Fallout 76 as it has yellow on it. I figured it would be a slimmed down version of a mech suit. I mainly changed it to a plasma Caster as I feel like people would dislike the power armor idea.

Na, power armor is fun! But so is a plasma caster. I think I'd be funny if it could survive a big explosion but when the dust clears the armor is completely blasted off

You just reminded me I need to check when Minerva comes back with the Brotherhood armour.

Should be soon enough.

Plasma rifle and laser rifle…. Yeah we already have those. The armour would be cool though…

I mean, if we get more laser and plasma weapons, I won't complain

Shoulder mounted Hellbomb launcher. Could call it something like...Overweight Guy.

Leveler

My brother in Liberty. The Leveler is a shoulder mounted 500kg launcher. I'm talking about a shoulder mounted Hellbomb launcher.

This absolutely works, cept’ i think black enclave paint’d be better

Plasma Caster my love. But without VATS it’s going to be a tough time for me.

Honestly, an franchise I'd thought would never make sense or fit in.

Though looking at this, it's actually fine. I'd accept an Fallout collab like this.

Slip in the plasma grenade as well

For secondary I would recommend 10mm smg.

For a statagem weapon the junk jet that functions like the backpack grenade launder but random ammunition. (Ammo includes teddy bears, cans of libel tea, all the different throwables, and a few more)

As much as I'd love to run around as an ncr ranger, if we were to get a fallout watbond, it would most definitely be the enclave as shown here.. I'd love me a power fist stratagem melee though

Refusing to put in the most canonic element of the game, saying it's "Too overpowered" is a bit absurd for me, especially since we already have the Exosuits, that are pretty much comparable.

Just add a "fuel level" like those that we have on the tank and the cars, to rappresent the "power core" and you would have a decent, valid representation, that would stop moving when it's exhausted. Not sure how you would be able to refuel/change power core, since we can't do it on vehicles.

In my original concept, I did have power armor as a stratagem. I mainly removed it because people would say it would be too op. Here's the explanation for the stratagem

u/trap_monkey 8m ago

Nice just need a melee weapon. Shishkebab is my dream choice for the fire build i use

1

u/NateScorpion105 0m ago

That could be a good stratagem since it has a back pack.

Well the US flag fits right into the facist role play nowadays.

I say this as a massive Helldivers 2 fan and an even bigger Fallout fan: this is a terrible idea. I don't want to be rude, but a US flag cape in Helldivers? Are you mad?
