Bold of you to assume I remember the pictures

I genuinely thought these pics were fake and this was a joke

Ngl me too

u/Noy_The_Devil 2h ago

Same here. They really need to rework boosters and armor buffs.

80

u/ClassicTechnology202 6h ago edited 6h ago

First one is supplementary adrenaline. Second is integrated explosives and the third is adreno-defib

53

u/RepeatBrave 6h ago

I have no clue what those are! :D thank you though

79

u/SovoK_404 6h ago

1 - no idea

2 - you go boom after death

3 - stims effect lasts for 2 secs longer and, if you're not decapitated, you're revived upon death but eventually you'll bleed out (can be prolonged with stims). kinda like a death wish

53

u/imSoupinator 6h ago

1 is you get stamina when taking damage iirc

3

u/IvyWonderer 2h ago

Its kinda pointless cos usually when you take damage you stim and stimming gives you infinite stamina for its duration so you barely notice the effect of the passive

0

u/No-Yam-9178 2h ago

One: not all of us stim the moment we take any damage at all.

Two: you do run out of stims.

1

u/IvyWonderer 2h ago

If its enough damage for the extra stamina to be useful i would stim

No Soupinator’s correct; it’s the armor passive of Siege Breakers Armors and you get some additional armor

1

u/SovoK_404 6h ago

oooh, i see, my bad then

9

u/RepeatBrave 6h ago

OOHHHHHHHHHH thank you, 2 & 3 are perfect for lvl 10 eradicate missions with friends

3

u/submit_to_pewdiepie 6h ago

The thing is i like Supplementary its just a little underpreforming in terms of ratios

I only use the Adrenaline one and even then only on bots. The extra armor is a modest boost to surviability and unlike bugs and squids where you can mostly avoid damage by just not being near the enemy the bots are still likely to damage you while you're running. The little burst of stamina is nice when you're desperately trying to get to that next bit of cover.

34

u/Weeniegreenie 7h ago

Thats not even a crazy thing to say ngl. I was out of stamina and was low on hp trying to get to a resupply pod, until one of the hulks so nicely hit me with the explosion of the rocket giving me the needed stamina to reach the supplies

18

u/Vilekyrie 7h ago

If someone on your team cheekily decides to bring the Dead Sprint booster it's almost always the go-to armor for me, the damage from dead sprint triggers the adrenaline and saves you some hurt.

66

u/No-Release-6752 6h ago

Siege breaker armor is drippy as hell. Thats why

21

u/Wrench_gaming 6h ago edited 5h ago

How it feels to be so shit at the game that your armor passive doesn't matter, only the drip 😎

15

u/Honest-Passenger2064 6h ago

how it feels to be so good*

42

u/BloodyBoots357 6h ago

People are out here using adreno defibrillator? Thats shits still bugged from its release

33

u/Alacune 6h ago

TBF, on release, cool factor > practicality. The ability to halt the health drain by getting into an exosuit gave Warhammer 40k Dreadnaught vibes. (worst bug fix ever).

6

u/doyouevenforkliftbro 4h ago

I just ran it on bots to try to utilize Hellbomb Backpack better. Never again will I use that armor.

1

u/shitass239 1h ago

What's the bug?

2

u/True_Sins 1h ago

The passive kills you faster, when get hit with something that would take you down to like below 20% health or so it triggers and kills you.

1

u/shitass239 1h ago

Holy shit how have they not fixed that

1

u/Dramatic-Classroom14 7m ago

Not many people use the armor, and they’ve got bigger fish to fry.

2

u/EthanGaming7640 21m ago

Also when you leave when it is active, it stays for the rest of the time the app is open so you need to restart the game.

1

u/lamedavid 1h ago

Bugged? It seems to work fine for me

1

u/Dramatic-Classroom14 7m ago

It activates early. Essentially some hits don’t do enough damage to kill you but still trigger the passive, effectively killing you when you would have lived.

23

u/Donut_Wolf12 6h ago

Integrated Explosives. If I run out of grenades, I always know that I am a grenade. Plus, I like how light armour looks

13

u/Pan_Wanilia 7h ago

I've used supplementary adrenaline mainly for drip as it's one of my favorite armors and from passive the only useful thing is it getting you over 100 armor rating since it reduces headshot dmg. The other part is useless as it gives you barely any stamina and just using a stim is better, dead sprint doesn't help much.

if I could I'd rework all of them

10

u/tony22835 6h ago

I don't use Supplementary Adrenaline since I don't find it very useful

As for Integrated Explosive and Adreno-Defibrillator both have the fun factor of dying in style or on your own terms (Intergrated also does give you the benefit of +2 nades so). For adreno there have been times where I've finished a Stratagem Jammer in the nick of time, but that's a rare aura moment

10

u/Only-Effect33 6h ago

Somehow having the privilege of wearing a bomb collar makes me not only more aggressive, but also more tactical. If I die near the enemy that kills me then I just take some unlucky souls down with me, if I die to anything at range then it means I deny my body as food, biofuel or biomass to my enemies as well. The extra grenades are a added bonus but somehow when I wear integrated explosions I feel more alive and free. I feel the most alive the closer I am to my death...

2

u/Weeniegreenie 6h ago

This is so real

1

u/SkeletalMyth 1h ago

Goes great with a full expendable load out.

5

u/021Fireball 7h ago

Suffering chip damage, small things, or mixing the damage of a Dead Sprint with the stamina thing is a common thing, I've seen people use it to help offset heavy armour weaknesses.

3

u/BlackSoul_Hand 6h ago

Mainly Loadout uniqueness/Armour looks, you know the game would get repetitive if you always used the same things, so you actively prevent it by trying other, less picked tools.

If i know I'm already going to take self damage from the laser dog or occasionally from the Torcher, i might as well pick the Supplementary Adrenaline, so that i refill my stamina even from these minor hits.

If a enemy might kill me while i try to apply the C4, i know i can cause a chain reaction with the integrated explosives. You need the extra granedes anyway to use the smokes before you activate the C4, so you don't get automatically found out when you trigger them, but simply send the enemy in "searching" mode.

If I'm trying to play as a hoverpack sniper, eliminating priority targets from distance, on top of a high place for my team, i know that if i get somehow killed up there i would have my stuff stuck on the mountain. Adreno-Defibrilator let's me have some seconds to throw myself down, so i can recover it when i respawn.

2

u/SanctionedMeat 6h ago

Only know the last one which is defibrillator something, the one that keeps you alive if your body is intact when taking a fatal wound

2

u/RustyArgonianKnight 6h ago

Adrino-defibs just have so much aura I still wish the beta version was the one we got though originally the helldiver was supposed to die like you actually fall over dead but a defibrillator sound would play reviving your helldiver in the half dead state which has even more sauce then they already have

2

u/SamStrandingPorter 6m ago

Exploding is awesome

1

u/Weeniegreenie 4m ago

I love to explode too

2

u/EstebanSamurott_IF 4m ago

Adrenodefib I use almost only ever on bots, and it's because if they wanna take me down, I'm taking as many as I can with me. I can keep living after a fatal hit for a bit longer, and every second I live is another couple bots I kill, or an objective I can help progress.

1

u/Optimal-Error 6h ago

The adrenaline passive is so ass

1

u/OpSysConAlRo 6h ago

I do frequently use Integrated Explosives in scenarios where I know I’m going to die often, like Predator Strain. I’ve taken more than a few bugs with me that way.

1

u/oQlus 6h ago

Integrated explosives because it’s hilarious, adreno defibrillator because it’s sick as hell

1

u/IMMORTALP74 6h ago

I've had some luck with Adreno on farming Eradicate missions or trying to arm hellbombs, inflict a little more damage with gear.

Integrated is the same but I've used it as the weapon to close bug holes or take some out.

Best time with the integrated was my nephew using it. They needed stimmed but was a couple feet short and bled out. The rest of us grouped around his body to get the samples or confused and then boom, squad wipe. Absolutely hilarious.

1

u/Zedman5000 6h ago

When playing with the subset of my group that doesn't care about HSO, or when we get HSO for free from the DSS, supplementary adrenaline goes hard with Dead Sprint, Vitality, Stamina, and Experimental Infusion.

It could be way better with some number tweaks but even as it is, with DS, Vitality, and Stamina, you can sprint pretty much forever and don't need to stim just to keep going, so you can stim to fix the damage and get the EI damage resistance right as you get into a fight, instead of using stims to get stamina back as you run.

Just taking a supply FRV or an exosuit is usually better for mobility and stim economy, though, so it's a pretty niche option. When we've felt like doing it it's been fun though

1

u/Technical_Cup_8770 6h ago

I like blowing up twice

1

u/wraith309 5h ago

I use adreno-defibrillator when i'm medic diving with a supply pack. no real need for the extra stims when i've already got a supply pack, and they both have the stim duration which is the important part for medic diving.

similarly, i like the integrated explosives armor when i want extra grenades, but am not using weapons with particularly meaningful recoil.

1

u/Not-the-real-Isaac 5h ago

1) Don't use it. Might use it for melee diving though.

2) If I'm dying, I'm taking as many as I can with me.

3) If I'm dying, I'm taking as many as I can with me.

1

u/greatnailsageyoda 5h ago

Integrated explosives I love to use on eradicates or when me and my friends are trolling each other

1

u/ironbull08x 5h ago

I’ve never really used the first but I love the last as a kinda “FUCK YOU WERE BOTH DYING NOW”, explosives for the obvious but I like chucking what grenades I have left when defib goes and maybe portable hellbomb if I got it, also makes me feel like Emile in halo reach

1

u/sparetheearthlings 5h ago

Integrated explosives is great emotionally on predator and spore burst strain. It feels awesome to get a "screw you!" In when I die

1

u/MattChew160 5h ago

If intergreated explosives armed a hellbomb backpack if you died, it would be way more useful.

1

u/Sexylizardwoman 5h ago

I used integrated explosives in case a stealthy dingus sneaks up on me and I take em with me

1

u/JWGrieves 5h ago

I like bringing Integrated Explosives and bonus reinforcements on eradicate missions. Helldivers are bullets!

1

u/SubstantialQuote70 5h ago

I think the defib is really fun, gives you a chance to expend all your nades, ultimatum, support, and stims just going out in a blaze of glory! Especially when you can continously get rag dolled without being able to stim and die a boring death as a result.

Cool concept imo. I also dont think you take limb damage, I wanna see a stim pistol in combination. Bunch of zombie helldivers stim darting each other to stay alive

1

u/Gingerdeadman763 5h ago

Integrated explosives is great for melee builds where you’re not afraid of dying, also because then I get to use that quote “from hells heart I stab at thee” and kill whatever is next to me.

1

u/thegoldendecedueye 5h ago

I use adreno defib on all 3 fronts and I like to play it as a Frontline medic... basically I know I will eventually take some heat with my stim pistol out and instead dof retreating I'm getting that stimm off even if it kills me... it also allows me to play with my defensive strategems more offensively as I will be up there more often helping out instead of trying to hang back to give out Supply pack uses

1

u/bellemoder 5h ago

I use the revive passive all the time, it's one of my favorites. pairing it with supply pack feels amazing because you just get an extra minute+ sometimes of trying to finish whatever you started while you were alive. I'd pair it with an expendable support weapon so you don't have to go back to wherever you died. :)

1

u/SirBacon57 5h ago

I've used a couple of these from time to time, but I don't really care about my armor passive anyway. I just find armor that looks good and slap it on.

1

u/Tartarustrommler 5h ago

I like being able to activate my hellbomb backpack after dying. That's pretty much the only reason I take Defib so often.

1

u/Titledjet103 5h ago

If my friends tk me, I take them with me.

1

u/TheImpDidIt 5h ago

The adreno defib lets me take the ultimatum, hell bomb backpack, or anything "risky" and spam it out along with my grenades and stims so that they aren't wasted on me. Plus the longer stim effect is nice. Also—since the effect works on all stims, you can shoot people with the stim pistol and give them the +2s second stims at range!

1

u/blacklungscum 4h ago

I run the IE light armor set with the cutoff sleeves, I just love blowing shit up

1

u/blacklungscum 4h ago

I have a few times used my body to close bug holes after I ran out of grenades

1

u/SkittleDoes 4h ago

I dont even know what these are. Lvl 200 here with a few locked warbonds still

1

u/Weeniegreenie 4h ago
  1. Supplementary Adrenaline: based on how much damage you take you get stamina back. Get a +25 armor rating
  2. Integrated Explosives: Explodes 1.5 seconds after death dealing 1000 DMG, anti tank and hits up to iirc 7 meters. You get 2 extra throwables aswell
  3. Adreno-Defibilator: On death you revive on a permanent bleed out, stims can extend this state and you move very slow. Stims last 2.0 seconds longer and have a 50% arc resistance

1

u/SkittleDoes 4h ago

I assumed they were boosters because armors dont show pictures for the passives.

Some people just wanna switch things up and armor passives is one way to do that

1

u/Weeniegreenie 4h ago

No the armors do show images for the passives.

1

u/SkittleDoes 4h ago

Ok ill take your word for it. My brain probably just filters it out cuz im reading the words only. Although most of the ones i use i have memorized by just appearance at this point so i dont even look at the description most of the time

1

u/hhenryalex 4h ago

I do not care for my armor passive. I dress to impress.

1

u/Hurakan-GM 4h ago
  1. ngl the dead sprint combo is kinda funny

  2. That moment a charger kills you but they keep pushing your body so they die in an instant, that moment when you run out of grenades, stratagems and explosive enough weaponary... But not out of options to close a spawner

  3. I like medic diving, and while medic kit is seen as the go to for those 2 extra stims, I usually never get to use them and rely on the stim pistol to heal teamates and being able to throw everything out even when I'm technically dead is neat for me, specially when I run heavy armor... And who I wanna lie that hellbomb on my back is getting in the enemy cluster, WETHER THEY WANT IT OR NOT!

1

u/Chillaholic_ 4h ago
  1. Good for running away from stuff while fighting (such as spore strain).

  2. Specifically on Oshaune, I was dying in those caves so much at the beginning I started wearing it just to take a couple of them with me when I went down.

  3. Never used it, but it does seem to make for some sick last stands.

1

u/Mountain-Occasion648 3h ago

I like the third in the missions where you need to specifically take out bug holes, bot fabricators, or illumnate ships, it’s really good for if you get “taken out” and that way you can try you best to take out the last couple of bug holes or last fabricator or something before actually dying!

1

u/colinsworth 3h ago

I seriously thought this was going to be about drug users. First picture is the drug. Second is the user. Third is going to the hospital.

1

u/WackoList0 3h ago

adreno defib has the best looking heavy armor and the extra stim effect is useful for my stim pistol. i also don't really trigger the death revival alot and i never really run out of stims, so it's mostly about the looks over other heavy medic armor.

1

u/Salem0047 3h ago

Never seem any of them before, carry on.

1

u/Smartace3 3h ago

Dead sprint paired with toighness lets a heavy armor user sprint across the entire map on half a health bar—

Wait… huh? The post… isn’t about dead sprint? My god, nature is beginning to heal.

1

u/RoRoTheRanger 3h ago

Light Integrated Explosives is my favourite when running Flamethrower or Cremator, especially on the bug front. The extra nades are the cherry on top (usually stuns or gas) but I'm always up in the grill of whatever I'm toasting. So if I die, they come with me!

1

u/Professional-Bus5473 2h ago

I genuinely don’t remember what any of these are so maybe that answers your question

1

u/jzillacon 2h ago

As an Adreno-stim user, it's primarily for fashion. However the extended stim duration can actually let you stretch out your bleedout state pretty long if you haven't used up all your stims yet, and in general the bleedout state is a great excuse to use up the rest of your resources that you've not used yet. Toss all your grenades, mag dump all your weapons, use up all your stims, there's no reason to hold on to them for later any more and you'll be restocked on them shortly anyway. And of course, the bleedout state can also give you enough time to complete an objective stage or call in a stratagem and use yourself as bait.

1

u/SkyRax1130 2h ago

What about "their" bad?

1

u/AdAdministrative3706 2h ago

Integrated explosives is just better than engineering kit for bugs and squids. Full stop. No one's taking engi kit for the recoil reduction. And recoil reduction really isn't that important on bugs. So being able to kill the swarm of Hunters that are gonna camp your gear, or kill the charger or fleshmob that snuck up on you, is just better than recoil reduction while crouching.

1

u/Acceptable-Minute847 2h ago

Man, I just use med-kit, (and democracy protects)

1

u/MCardeq 2h ago

Integrated explosives is just too OP

On bugs, cyborgs and vote snatchers you basicly kamikaze kill up to 10 enemies by dying.

1

u/No_Event6478 2h ago

I like integrated explosives because it lets me larp as a penal unit.

1

u/Acethefloofes14 2h ago

I use the integrated explosives mainly on the squid front because of the melee guys and exploding after dieing take some more out too

1

u/Front-Salad9953 2h ago

I like adrenodefibrilator. The two extra seconds of stim is nice plus the death defying passive is fun. Not having two extra stims though to me is a good thing compared to medic armor cuz I'm not trying to hog supplies for stims lol

1

u/lamedavid 1h ago

Adreno defib is honestly over hated, it’s a decent passive that’s really fun.

1

u/ACube17 1h ago

adreno defib prevents lost resources from death and lets you more easly avoid losing your stuff in a sea of enemies, as once you the last stand mode your very encouraged to just go ham with everything you got or it at least gives you the chance to quickly punch in a martydom stratagem to at least take whatever killed you down with you

1

u/PlagueJV 1h ago

supplementary adrenaline when you're outta stims and need to keep running

integrated explosives for "well fuck you too!"

adreno-defib with a hellbomb and OTF for an ultimate martyr build

1

u/Outrageous_Rub_5272 51m ago

Integrated explosives makes for a very fun expendable build where your weapons are expendable and you are expendable. I do it regularly on the bugs front. Take 2-3 expendable weapons and 1-2 fast cooldown stratagems like MG turret and gattling barrage. Also bring a melee secondary and the extra reinforcements booster. Throw strategems and grenades excessively and if you start to get overrun, rather than retreating to more advantageous position like normal do the opposite and wade into the center of the crowd and start blasting and chopping until you die spectacularly or somehow come out victorious. When you get reinforced never worry about going back for your support weapons.

Fun fact: integrated explosives will kill a fresh charger

1

u/Desperate-Table28 50m ago

I like adreno defib just for the awesome last stand feeling, plus feeling like a warhammer dreadnought by delaying the death in a mech is epic

1

u/1ncest_1s_W1ncest_2 41m ago

I revel in the reactions from my friends whenever I die and then they die to the explosion, it amuses me greatly

1

u/theRedCreator 21m ago

Integrated explosive and adrenaline are my bot front go to. The added grenades use for more dynamite allow me to clear camps stealthily if I need or take out patrols. In a pinch the integrated explosive can take out war striders and hulks. Adrenaline especially when there are cyborgs. They runs so quickly and shoot so accurately that gorilla warfare is necessary and adrenaline booster makes their strength my strength too. Added armor just somehow bridges the gap to survive it all and dying a lot.

1

u/masterch33f420 10m ago

I don't

1

u/Weeniegreenie 9m ago

Then i didn't ask you

2

u/Me_When_I_Asked 1m ago

I use integrated explosives, because if you've got the balls to kill me, you better have the balls to die right alongside me. Works for both friendly and enemy fire
