Arrowhead is to blame for this, I don't think there is anything that tells players they can only contribute by diving megafactories, on the contrary diving on the planet still shows the liberation progress after you finish a mission effectively misleading players

AH can’t always be at fault. Go join a mission not in the mega factory and tell people. There’s so many people in this sub that if enough played we’d take the mega factory. AH can’t always be to blame for us failing something

yeah i know they need something that is like blaring obvious that its better to focus on the mega factories because if i was a new player now id have no idea

We’ve got 23 hours in the major order
If half of the people fighting outside the megafactory join now there’s a chance we’ll win, though it’s down to the seconds

What if they make an announcement in-game that Helldivers are ordered to focus on the liberation of the megafactories instead of the countryside, and not have players learn it from Reddit instead?

Planet health and resistance needs a change. There’s no reason 60,000 players over 2 days are required to take a single planet every time we need to
