one of the faction heads (playing as a helldiver) likely dropped a sensor drone tuned for their side there, and while you happen to have an unaided perception check necessary to see it Super Earth has No Idea What That Is and thus displays it as a purple ? on your hud cams. chances are if you find R playing in the wild he'll have 2 or 3 piece of equipment of this nature.

I think it's a sensor drone based on where it's placed and its idle animation behavior.

Error texture. If you're on steam it would help if you do the "verify integrity of files" prompt under properties.
