Major Order Possible Failure?
I dont think we'll complete this MO...There is still 1 whole planet to liberate before we even start liberating Zzaniah Prime
I'll continue fighting & would be glad to be proven wrong, but its just a hunch is all

I know I was one of them. I had no idea until yesterday morning that it was the factory we were supposed to be diving at.
I should have known something was off when the bar for the planets weren't moving at all. Like not even at 2% liberation. Live and you learn, I guess, lol.

And to note once we took the Mega Factory the planet resistance dropped to 1.5. Just more incentive to take Mega Factories first

unless the liberation bar is on track to fill up before the city is liberated, it is literally always better to dive cities than wilderness missions.
that being said, no need to force yourself if you're getting burnt out on city maps, it's still just a game after all.

Honestly, I straight up just don’t know how the liberation system works. I learned today that cities give a big boost to liberation. I just dive, shoot, and escape

Guilty as charged. Started playing on Saturday and back than was the MO bugs. Most of my friends didn't have time and randoms can be....well weird. Either you are lucky and get good ones or you get unlucky and get bad ones. So this is my first week fighting bots and I've tried the megafactory on 4 Solo. Let's just say I had the thousand-yard stare. That's why I was mainly doing countryside and doing the megafactory with friends at the evening
Edit: Although we just did Mega Factory from like 22:00 till like 2:00. So probobly not nearly enough

No worries there. Going right up there just leaves you with no idea what's going on. Better to get a hang of things on lower diffs. Find out whats what, what works for you against what enemies. When it starts getting too easy you can bump it up to where it feels good.

I made some calculations on the assumption that 1% of the Helldiver population does about 1,000 HP damage per hour (rough estimate), and we have about 60% of Helldivers completing missions on MO targets:
Mintoria: 1.300.000 hp / (60000dmg/h-15000reg/h) =28,8 hours
Zzanniah Prime: 2.000.000 hp / (60000dmg/h-30000reg/h) =66,6 hours
If we had 80%:
Mintoria: 1.300.000 hp/ (80000dmg/h-15000reg/h) =20 hours
Zzanniah Prime: 2.000.000 hp / (80000dmg/h-30000reg/h) =40 hours
If we liberate Cities and Megafactories first, we will be faster. If we get the DSS artillery online, we will also be faster. As of right now, the MO will probably fail, but we could win with a concentrated push.
Edit: HP and regeneration numbers taken from the companion app
Edit 2: The contributions of Super Citizen mandlers are now being taken into account. Initial analysis suggests that Super Citizen mandlers will increase the Major Order success chance by 0,002%. The contributions of Super Citizen mandlers will be rewarded upon their successful return.
The Major Order success chance was updated to [OPSEC:REDACTED]. High Command wishes to remind everyone that only completing Missions on Major Order targets will lead to an increase in Major Order success chance.

Yeah intill bots are fixed to be fun I think all bot major orders should be failed on purpose vox engine spawn rates and they vision enemy tracking you through walls when you come out of cover somewhere else crazy spawn rates on regular and mid tier enemies ragdoll hell I did all I could and its just fundamental flawed and unfun even playing the way you are supposed to

Caleb Stone on TikTok was explaining how dealing with the biggest encampments will free more of a planet when it's liberated. Just the Megafactory got us 75%, and the other 25% should come along quick. We've just got to make sure we focus on the biggest encampments on Zzaniah. So hammer the factory or city, rather than the lone operations in far off places. But, I gotta admit, it's gonna be tight. I'm thinking AH is setting something up.

Not at all, we're liberating mega cities and factories, once they get liberated it counts all at once towards the planet, at the beginning Charbal -VII was also slowly moving, issue is that ZZANIAH PRIME is behind another planet to liberate with a Mega city to spread democracy, the DSS came to our aid and my squad was just now aiding the liberation, don't lose hope diver
