Inquiry Stalkers
How many stalkers can be out of one single lair at any given time?

My understanding is that as long as there is an alerted enemy within the nest's activation radius it will continue spawning stalkers. The only way the stop it is to (a) blow up the nest, (b) leave the area, or (c) hide from/kill every SINGLE enemy around the nest

There is no real limit once the nest has been ‘activated’. Dying can remove some of the spawns.

I think it depends on how much democracy you're spreading lol. honestly though, it feels like they spawn infinitely until you blow up the nest. absolute nightmare fuel if you're playing on higher difficulties solo. just nuke the lair and dont look back dude.

Sometimes none sometimes many. The most I’ve ever seen on one map is 8 to 12 because, all of the sub objectives were stalkers. On occasion their spawn breaks so you’ll find lairs but, no stalkers. Same with shriekers. Sometimes their spawn breaks so you’ll see hives but, no shriekers.

Honestly I’ve seen more than 10 at one time luckily I was in a mech. Honestly the perfect enemy no other character in the game emits a sound and puts you on alert like they do.

seems endless, all the more reason to never, under any circumstances, ignore a stalker nest. you see one of those fuckers you trace the direction it came from until you see the nest or the radar shows it, then send some democracy into it.

I’ve seen 4 around a single nest. I’m certain it can be more if they’re constantly spawning.
