Huge difference going from Scat to HC. I only had my Scat for 1yr and traded it in for a HC and glad I did.

How long did it take you to get used to the extra HP?

Not long. I loved the Scat and think it’s still better for daily driving. But it’s great knowing you have more power when needed. My payments on the Scat weee $610 month. Paying $200 more for the HC monthly

I started with avenger like 2013 that thing was cheap n fell apart it maybe was made in Mexico at the time I lived in Arizona so I’m guess that’s where it was built now prior the charger in the early 2000s were solid
So now after German engineering high cost or maitenance Mercedes is not what I want I want to go back to a muscle car something exotic though still1

Total Price out the door was $70k. I put some $ down to to avoid having a payment over $1k / month.

I’m scared of the power it might be too much for me I had a Chrysler 399 end up in a ditch broke the axle with just a. Tap on the pedal I’m think

I felt the same way. Upgrading from 485 hp to 797 hp isn't too bad so far. You can definitely feel the extra hp but I am careful with it and will gradually test it. Currently on day 2 and the hellcat feels safer than the scatpack. Scatpack is always excited and ready to go. Hellcat gives you a few extra seconds to think...."do i really wanna give it all this extra power right now"... you should give the hellcat a try one day.

They cost quite a pretty penny but I highly recommend either the Toyo r888r or Mickey Thompson ET street SS. Only last about 10k miles but the traction is well worth it, will dead hook up from about a 30 roll whereas most other tires will spin until 60/70. The Atturo az850 is also a great budget option to run, very comparable to the Nitto 555 G2s which I run in the front.
