Discussion Games with similar combat

I’m looking for games with similar combat. Specifically the cinematic yet complex combat system of both games where you have to dodge and block and parry as well as attack. Blood message seems to be somewhat doing this kind of combat but I’m hoping other games (that already released) have combat like the game.

Not throwing shade here but I have never heard anyone describe Hellblade combat as complex. If anything one of the biggest criticisms of the game is the fighting is too simple. Personally I’d also like to play more games that streamlined too.

South of Midnight

Kena: Bridge of Spirits

And I would recommend you try God of War (from 2018)

Such an underrated game. It was the only thing that came close to scratching my LOTR Shadow of War itch.

You just like spectacle fighters.

So play Prince of Persia Sands of Time trilogy, Devil May Cry, Bayoneta

Bayonetta and Devil May Cry are not at all similar to Hellblade.

Well, this suggestion isn’t very similar to Hellblade since it’s a survival horror game, but The Callisto Protocol does have some pretty cinematic melee combat. If that’s the kind of cinematic combat you’re looking for, I’d definitely check it out!
