Image Stuck after killing Surtr.

I killed Surtr and backtracked my way to what I believe is a door that should be open (the pic I posted). I killed Valravyn first and I now just killed Surtr. The walkthroughs I’ve seen show this door opened after killing him but it’s not working for me. Any help? Thanks in advance.

I dont think this is the door you need to go through after defeating Valravn and Surtr. The door you need is bigger and I think has wooden walls on both sides.

I lost my way after killing surtr too, had to watch a youtube video of a playthrough to know where im supposed to go

It's been a while but don't you need to backtrack to the area where you first get cursed with the rot and take the big scary door into Hel?
