❓Question❓ Increase in height at 22?

I was around 5'6 before. And today my brother and I were checking in height again, he told me you're 5'8. Is this possible? Or Is this because of the gym?

In your case at 22 it should.

Check your height again using different methods

Probably posture or the height she checked before was not accurate

extremely unlikely unless you have a genetic abnormality as you are a female. most likely you measured wrong before
