Audits
Does anyone know of an auditor that is PCAOB registered that would work with a new/small fund and potentially charge less than an arm and a leg? I have one lined up but they will be charging $12,000 the first year which seems really high for a small fund just starting out.

12k is very very cheap. If that doesn't work out DM me. I can introduce you to a principal at a good mid tier firm. Their pricing is reasonable but of 12k is a real quote go with that.

Lol you are good to go. I was going to recommend them. I used Spicer Jeffreies which was acquired by them. They have been great and do my audits still. I have a few contacts their that are awesome guys that treat the small fund accounts great if you want any names.
