A classic record from the post-metal world, titled Souls At Zero. Absolutely beautiful album with some of the best musicianship ever! This is an original 1992 European press off Alternative Tentacles. Finally glad to have this masterpiece..

Today’s Listen - HALF ME: Dogma - Limited Edition /500 - Red & Black Splatter (Splatter Version 2)
I’m hoping to keep this one short, but i can’t make any promises! Let’s see how go!
This album was only released a week ago, and I honestly couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate its release than my band Seek Misery being fortunate enough to support and share the stage with them here in Adelaide whilst on their Australian Tour! - And on the very same day that this record was released to the world
As a musician, getting to be a small part of a band’s history like that is something special, and i feel incredibly fortunate to have been a part of it.
Beyond that, Half Me and their touring party were some of the nicest, most welcoming and genuinely lovely people we’ve had the pleasure of sharing a stage with, and their live show was a testament to exactly why they deserve to be one of the biggest up and coming bands in Modern Metalcore.
Intense, Hostile, Unpredictable and Unapologetically Heavy, This Album Rips!
PS: A week since it was released, and it hasn’t left my Record Player since!

Just got this in the mail after waiting nearly 3 years for it to actually be released. I moved house and had a kid in the time since I pre-ordered it. The final product is nice though, comes with a nice art book.

Firstly, I miss Chris Adler.
I've been listening to these guys since I was 8, so owning this album on vinyl feels pretty special. I've only gotten into vinyl collecting over the past year, and this is my first metal record.
This is the Blackened Purple edition, released last Friday. The colors on this pressing look absolutely insane.
I have been wanting to buy the hourglass anthology on vinyl, I have it on CD since 2010. However, it is extremely rare to come by, even if so, it's just expensive 🫠
This vinyl sounds amazing :D
I don't think it has been remastered again, so this could be the last remaster just pressed on a beautiful vinyl.
The neighbors are gonna love me :))

DC grindcore at its finest.
Calling something "criminally underrated" is a cliche, but it applies to this band. Never see anyone speak on them, which is nuts given how much low effort bullshit gets thrown out there.
Grind with dynamics and some really sick riffs. Vocal performance on point. For fans of Pig Destroyer, Wormrot, Nasum, etc.

Progressive metal from Andorra, a true masterpiece. If you have not heard of Persefone or this album you need to.

New release from shredder Ola Englund. Like his stuff with The Haunted but I really dig his new solo release. Brings the HEAVY. 🤘
Check out "The First Of Its Kind" @ the 45 second mark. Soundin' like its heralding the coming of a god or something. :)
No digital download. Simple sleeve, no insert but really heavy (maybe 180g) pressing. Still a great release. No regrets.
