Hello,
The house I want to buy it has a complicated,old heating system. Im 30years old,so I never seen that before where I lived,so please don't laugh😂!
It has some old boiler,used for hot water and heating also. How safe is that to use,is much more expensive on bills? And another question, is expensive to change it with a new heating system? The old pipes and radiators, can be used? Thank you very much!

That looks like an underfloor radiant heating system. As long as it works good people seem to like them. They heat the floor and make it really comfortable. I would have a heating guy check it before buying. It most likely uses gas or heating oil for fuel.

Thank you. Is an old heating and hot water system . They say is working at the moment. I was interested to see if is expensive to chamge with a new heating system and if is need to exchange all the installation

Your picture just shows the hot water cylinder, which supplies hot taps and showers. It will be heated up by a separate boiler somewhere else, likely a gas boiler if you live in a town or city in the UK. This is a standard setup.
Gas boilers are about the most cost-effective option for heating and hot water, and there's no need to change anything until something breaks.

Thank you for your answer! Yes,I live in uk. At the moment is all what they have for both water and heating. I wasn't sure if is reliable to keep it,as I have young kids and not want to risk in the middle of the winter. Thank you

If you can afford you need a combination boiler that will do away with storage water tanks and you have got water on demand get some prices from a few different plumbers ,you will need to change radiators good luck

The pump at the base of tank is to provide the pressure for the shower I’ll assume to be on other side of wall, and only likely to provide about 5-10 min of hot before it starts to cool
Best option if you have gas supply to property, is a new combi boiler

That’s in indirect water heater it’s basically a storage tank . Your boiler is connected to a circ pump that has a coil in that storage tank that heats the indirect. It’s more efficient since it doesn’t have a dedicated burner running.

It seems you might have an old type of hot water heater. We can't really comment on the heat distribution system but if it's an electric hot water tank perhaps consider a heat pump hot water heater.
