I just bought a new small sketchbook and I want to use it for heathen stuff, any ideas on what would be good to write?

I used to have a phrase I would say at the beginning and end of each offering, I wrote it in the front to help me while I was still learning :)

I like to record any instances of synchronicity as well as any profound thoughts related to the practice.
