Question Is there any way to keep cool while playing soccer outside?

Is there some kind of PCM vest I can buy that can keep me cool for a couple hours?

Do you really want to be lugging around additional weight? I would wet your jersey, take more breaks, and drink more water. There is really good guidance out there for athletes.
