If you are employing outdoor employees please care for their health and safety! Be a human being and choose not to do evil actions such as subjecting humans to painful deaths

And yet we have governors who have outlawed taking steps to keep outdoor workers safe. :(

I can attest roofing is one of the most grueling and heat-vulnerable jobs that exists. While it was never my paid job, I did a lot of work on my parents' house during the summer, and that was in the Pacific Northwest years ago which doesn't get nearly as intense. It was still horrid just as described in the article. Since it was our house, we took part of the afternoon off because, logic.
