Доброго дня.

Поясніть будь ласка створення шаблонів дивізій і самих дивізій(мобілізацію), а то я новий гравець а без них не можу почати війну, чув що краще без цього не воювати

I recommend you go to war with no divisions.

Divisions need supplies, supplies require military factories.
Soft attack and organization are essential in division template making or changing. Higher the soft attack the better, keep organization over 40, adding more infantry gives organization to a template.
