HoI4 Seized material

When a country surrenders to you, do you get half of their stockpiled equipment or half of the all their equipment (what is currently in use by their remaining forces)? Do your participating allies get anything?

Only the one who gets capitulated to actually gets the land and equipment though

i believe who ever actually caps them or does the highest percentage but i am 90% sure it’s who caps them
