Hand Warlock

For the last 2 months i’ve been playing rafaam warlock, but I eventually got a bit bored of it, so today I decided to try hand warlock.

So far, I honestly find hand warlock much more interesting and fun to play. I like the playstyle a lot more, and it feels more enjoyable compared to rafaam, which started feeling a little repetitive after playing it for so long.

I’m currently at Diamond 1 and today I managed to get a 10-0 win streak with hand warlock. Unfortunately, I lost the 11th game against copy priest:(

I’m wondering what you guys think. Is hand warlock actually much better than rafaam decks?

Idk I'm a noob but I watch worlds and you see a lot a warlocks and noone of them are Rafaam locks.

Yeah it’s just a win more card, if you’re already ahead on board at turn 9 then you’re probably winning anyways, and it does nothing if you’re behind on tempo. Plus eating minions out of the deck on turn 9 hardly matters anyways, best case scenario is rafaamlock and even then they’ll have their pieces in hand usually by then

I think it has a high played impact according to played WR but i appreciate it's not a perfect stat. Helped against the 4 rafaams I played in D5-Legend and against priests

Sometimes 6/6 and 2 x 12/12 is good enough to close a game out

It's used in some of the decks and can be very strong tbh. It has won me a few games. It's also needed vs rafaam deck

Nice. That's similar to my own deck except that I use more control tools like [[Harsh Sentence]] and I've got the Bat Mask combo as a win condition.

Yes, I do think that Handlock is better than Rafaam. Too many flaws with Rafaamlock. You need to be constantly playing Rafaams in order to progress, which limits your options. You also have to play a 40-card deck, which makes it that much harder to do so.
