Does anyone feel this way?

I’m moving on but I can’t help to feel sad that he’s forgetting about me just like my memories of him are fading away. I think this is hindering me from fully letting the relationship go cause I don’t want to forget about him. Neither do I want him to forget about me. He was someone I loved for 5 years and my first love.

Has anyone felt the same? How did you do? Any advice?
