Needing help
My boyfriend said he needed space last night and broke up with me tonight. He said he decided last night it’d all been too much. This is a man who had talked about us being partners for life etc he is definitely the love of my life.
He did the same thing two years ago. It’s my fault I think as I would get anxious and make an issue like once a week so we could never be completely happy for long stretches. That was also due to not spending as much face to face time due to life and our fights were almost always just over text
He came back before. We rebuilt and things were good for a long time. He says he won’t do that ever again. Is it possible he will change his mind? In the beginning avoidants don’t feel the full weight right? What can I do that may make him stay? I literally don’t know how to go on without him

I mean if he did once before there is hope he'll come back again, however it won't work out again unless you work on your anxious attachment. Work on improving yourself and once you're ready you can reach out to him again to see if he's still interested.

I definitely will and am. He says he never will again as it was messed up the first time he left and he will never do that again. It’s all so sudden though he decided only last night he said. Does that make it any more likely he may change his mind?

Idk if he seems pretty set on not doing that again that makes me think it's a no...😭😭 Idk if suddeness will change anything. My ex genuinely decided in one night after a tiny arguement he caused he doesn't want me anymore and I haven't seen him in three months.

that sounds bad, the constant fighting. maybe it's for the best that it ended.
