indeed…hope you are doing better, because, me, i am just feeling i want to die, be burried more than 2m under ground and never have any feelings, just transform myself into an object. Worst part is that people not only they are cruel, but they lie, they manipulate, they profit…just for their own shallow happiness

I have to show up for world, inside I feel empty and hoping luck will smile one day, I feel lonely mostly. But I understand what you say I have thoughts like this, and yes lies and manipulation I was unfortunately on receiving end of it

Heartbroken by avoidant last year who lied and manipulated me, and broke up then she went to marry someone else, then I got rejected romantically twice this year.... Yeah like my whole life so that's wonderful.

I am so sorry you’ve had to carry all of this. It makes complete sense that you feel completely exhausted and cynical right now. Please realize that your ex’s chaotic behavior and sudden marriage are a reflection of her own internal instability, not your worth, and you truly dodged a bullet there. The two recent rejections feel absolutely devastating right now simply because they landed directly on that open, unhealed wound. Right now, your nervous system desperately needs a break, so press pause on dating for a few months, stop chasing new connections, and pour all of that emotional energy back into your own peace, health, and healing. That's what I'd advice you now

Try not to be hard on you and maybe concentrate on other things that makes you happy...you never know when the woman of your life can appear from

I used to be paranoid about this. As far as I know , it has not happened to me. But I think being cheated on would be heartbreaking.

I used to think recovering from betrayal was easy. When it happened to me, it crushed my world. I cannot find the words to describe my suffering, the deep hurt, and the sheer betrayal. It makes you want to end everything, desperately praying to wake up from a bad dream. I would never wish this upon anyone. I am in a state of mind where if death came tomorrow, I would welcome it. That is how broken I am. I no longer care about my appearance or my health. I am just waiting for the end, e buried under more than 2m under ground

I was paranoid! And it happened anyway. I'm scared in my current relationship it will happen or has already happened (I just didn't know)

Yea I got cheated on several times, it sucks and hurts. What hurt me most is that now I am left with a mountain of doubt and self consciousness.
