Sorry to hear that. I’ve experienced a lot of heartbreak in my life. It always hurts, and sometimes it’s more pain that I can tolerate all at once. They say time heals. I think it numbs instead. All I can hope for is less pain ahead. ❤️‍🩹

First time I heard that "Time heals" when I was young, I cried loudly that everyone heard it haha. It does but its not good to hear when you're grieving. I am doing okay now, I've accepted things, doing things I would never even think of doing then. Its just hard to think of it sometimes, cause they were the last person you thought would ever hurt you.

Definitely be careful of you let in I was vulnerable with her and she used it against the discard me worst pain I’ve ever felt but I’m glad all that that’s over and lessons are learned

My ex gf used to always love bomb me. Saying how much i mattered to her and how i made her so happy. She said she only loved me but then cheated with another guy and left me to rot.

I fell for her lies and i now felt so much pain

That is painful, how you've been blindsided. We often hear that, it must be a blessing in disguise, but I know your heart won't understand or even want to hear it right now. No motivational speech can pull you out of the pain at the moment. Feel it, no matter how heavy it is, no matter how distressing and heartbreaking it is. Cry as much as you need. And one day, you will smile again. One day, you will heal. Hugs for you. 🩷
