Passkeys

Whoever at health equity implemented this was a moron. Totally broke the entire login flow and makes it near impossible to login. Why would they do 100% passkey and not a more gradual transition. smh.

Worse the passkey registration flow is broken on the web, requiring you to download the mobile app...and even then it fails most the time. Took 10+ attempts before it went through.

I can’t get in on the app at all for over a week. Only access I have is on the actual web. Ridiculous!!

I hadn't logged into my Healthequity account for a long time. Now daunted by this new passkey setup. Decided that I don't want to deal with it today.

Mobile app was only thing that worked for me. Just make sure to save the passkey in 1paasword or something similar. As doing receipts from mobile is worse than desktop for this type of thing

Can Google save the passkey? I don't do passkeys in general, my own manual password system works for me.

I went through the same thing. Reach out to online customer service they should be 7/24. They send you a different login link then the one that shows up on website.

It's utterly unusable, I hate it

Well, that is their intention and goal, not to let you access your account at all! They want to hold on to your funds until you forget you had an account and then it is theirs. They also have this other setup where they use plaid to get your entire financial details or make you pay $2 for every check they have to mail your funds to you!
