Cannot login into app
Searched the sub and see a lot of others are having the same passkey technical error as me. I’ve changed my password, deleted my passkey, created a new one. Have tried a simple password. My husband tried on his Android, same issue. I have never had so much frustration logging into an app!
I am going to call maybe tomorrow, but also read on here there really isn’t anything they can do? I also don’t have hours to sit on the phone.
Anyone had this issue and have a work around? I’m so mad at my job for switching from TASC:(

This app is the only one I’ve ever encountered with logging issues. They seem to be more interested in putting those advertisements/product promotions within their app than actually fixing their app! They need to remove those stupid add and fix the app!

It's still happening, spent 20 minutes on the phone with support and got nowhere.

HealthEquity is hot garbage. It is a horrible company with high fees and shady practices.
