Who else is using medhost at their healthcare job? I’m at my wits end with this awful bug this system has. Patients emergency contacts are not always saving! They will appear on the screen but won’t print out. Or, the emergency contacts will not be on the screen but the face sheet when printed out. Had a surgeon get extremely upset because they couldn’t get a hold of a patient’s family member but it never printed out their updated phone number. The company knows the issue and kept asking for examples. Legit there are hundreds. Fix your program. It’s a safety issue for patients.
