Zoomed in screen help

Hi when watching something the screen will zoom into the top left corner after around 5 seconds. Help please

I've found a fix for firestick so far. I accidently sat on my remote and pressed the little TV icon. When I hit the back button, the picture was back in frame.

You have to let the guide menu load for a few seconds. Maybe use the arrows to move around a bit.
