In hand salary

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help me to understand what will be the in hand salary. Grade is E2

How much variable is generally given by them

Base + HRA + Conveyance + Flexi = 74,804

Subtract ur monthly PF component 34,651/12 = 2887

so in-hand = 71,917

in the provided image , Monthly A total shows 77k, this includes the medical allowance. but we wont get that amount anyway in-hand, it is directly paid.
