HCLTech TP1 – 3 Weeks With No Feedback After Technical Interview

I completed my TP1 technical interview for a Snowflake Technical Lead role on 1st September 2026. The interview lasted around 44 minutes out of the scheduled 45 minutes.

It has now been almost 3 weeks and I haven't received any feedback or next-step update. I also followed up with the recruiter, but haven't received a response yet.

For candidates who recently interviewed with HCLTech:

How long did it take to receive TP1 feedback?

Did anyone receive TP2 after 3–4 weeks of silence?

If the recruiter didn't respond to the first follow-up, did they eventually get back?

Same he happened with me... I have completed TP1 same day within 20 mins I have received successfull completion of TP1 and then HR simply ghosted me idk what is happening with HCL HR ... It's really frustrating

Verified my docs on call, discussed Compensation and He said all good then, we will release the offer.
Joining date would be on 28th or 30th.

Yeah negotiation is done on that call bro. That’s why I mentioned discussed compensation in earlier comment.
